2. Products

• We sell a mix of handmade, drop-shipped, and curated hair accessories and jewelry.

• Product descriptions and images are provided as accurately as possible, but slight variations in color, size, or materials may occur.

• Drop-shipped items are shipped from trusted U.S.-based partners.

3. Orders & Payments

• All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.

• Payments must be made in full at checkout.

• Orders are not confirmed until payment has been received.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Handmade and curated items typically ship within 3–5 business days.

• Drop-shipped items typically ship within 5–10 business days from U.S. suppliers.

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers.

5. Returns & Exchanges

• We want you to love your purchase. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery if there is an issue with your order.

• Certain items, such as earrings (for hygiene reasons), may not be eligible for return.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

• Refunds will be processed once the item is received and inspected.

6. Custom Orders

• We currently do not accept custom or personalized orders.

7. Gift Purchases

• Many of our items make wonderful gifts. Gift-ready packaging may be available on select items.

8. Intellectual Property

• All product designs, branding, photos, and content on SarahB Bowtique are the property of SarahB Bowtique and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

• SarahB Bowtique is not responsible for any misuse of products, allergic reactions, or damages resulting from improper use.

• Accessories may contain small parts and should be kept out of reach of young children unless specified as safe.

10. Changes to Terms

• We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be effective immediately upon posting.
