Refund Policy

At SarahB Bowtique, every item is selected or handmade with care. Because of the personal nature of our products, we want to be transparent about our refund policy.

Returns & Refunds:

• We do not accept returns or exchanges on any items.

• All sales are final.

 

Damaged or Defective Items:

 

• If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at Sarahbbowtique@gmail.com with photos of the item and packaging.

• We will review your claim and provide a replacement or refund if approved.​

Cancellations:

 

• Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, as many items are processed quickly for shipping.

Non-Returnable Items:

 

• Due to hygiene and safety reasons, hair accessories cannot be returned.

• Returns are accepted within 30 days, provided the items are unused and in original packaging for non-hair accessories and jewelry.

• Custom orders are not accepted.
